Rust celebrates Lunar New Year!

On this occasion, the Lunar New Year marks the beginning of the year of the Ox, and Facepunch Studios wanted to provide with a special event — one where all the players will be available to celebrate such an eventful date.

Besides being able to craft all sorts of fireworks to bring the noise and celebrate with their friends, Rust gives the players the chance to wear a wonderful metal mask inspired by the year of the ox. Besides this wonderful mask, the members of Facepunch Studios added objects from previous events so all players get a chance to grab them.
